Treasury Stock

Based on a resolution of the shareholders' meeting, Intercell AG has, in the past, acquired its own shares. These shares have been assigned for reissuance to employees and management in connection with stock option plans and employee participation plans. The shares are recorded as treasury stock in the financial statements and the number and movements during the fiscal year are disclosed in the notes to the financial statements.

In addition, the Austrian Stock Markets Act and the Austrian Stock Corporation Act require certain disclosures in connection with transactions in own shares, which can be found in the downloads below:
