Investors in People Award

In 2006, Intercell AG was officially recognized as an "Investors in People" for its continuous commitment to the development of its employees throughout the whole organization. 

The Investors in People is a standard providing a proven framework that helps organizations to advance the organization’s performance through its people.

The Investors in People Standard is based on three key principles:

• Plan – Developing strategies to improve the performance of the organization
• Do – Taking action to improve the performance of the organization
• Review – Evaluating the impact on the performance of the organization
