The focus of Intercell's U.S. subsidiary is on the discovery and development of vaccines and immune system stimulants, delivered via a novel, needle-free patch technology.

The vaccine patch could include adjuvants, which enhance the efficacy of existing vaccines, and new vaccines viable only through needle-free administration. Product candidate in development is a patch intended to enhance the immune response of pandemic Influenza vaccines.
