James Sulat

James Sulat holds master's degrees in business administration and health services administration from Stanford University and a bachelor's degree from Yale University. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Maxygen, Inc., as well as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Momenta Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Memory Pharmaceuticals Corp. and Chief Financial Officer of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company and Chiron Corporation.
