The present management team includes the functions of the CEO (Chief Executive Officer), COO (Chief Operating Officer) and CFO (Chief Financial Officer). These functions are held by individuals who have been deeply involved in the invention, development, manufacturing, and marketing of new vaccines as well as healthcare corporate finance.

The Management Board is legally responsible for day-to-day operations and long-term strategic developments. From the management team, Gerd Zettmeissl, Thomas Lingelbach and Reinhard Kandera are currently members of the Management Board.
